Hyde Park sessions | Sydney, Australia yo!
Colony & Newcircle rider, Shane Badman headed down to Sydney the past weekend to hang out with some of the local crew.
When in town Mike Steingraeber is well known for riding at this spot located in Hyde Park in the centre of the Sydney CBD. Perfect surrounds, marble floor, close to public transport – it’s got everything you need. Not to mention that it’s the middle of winter here in Australia now & the sun was out we’re riding in shirts… perfect.
Andrew Lightbody, Tommy Hantke, Vinnie Pugh & Shane Badman sessioned throughout the afternoon & got the biz done. If you’re ever in the area this is one place you definitely need to check out….

Shane Badman’s signature frame through Colony, The Cube is still available in limited numbers. Along with Shane, Colony team rider Shintaro Misawa has been riding his custom 17″ Colony Cube for a while now & if you’ve been watching how he’s been placing of late it’s working fine!
Designed as a functional flatland frame with space under the downtube & lowered toptube, it also comes with removable brake mounts & weighing in at around 1.9kgs its strong & lightweight at the same time.
