Jason Plourde is a beast!

Our homie out in China doing shows, Jason Plourde is a beast. You’ll probably remember his MEGATRON combo from a little while back, well now word is he’s combing a bunch of other decade type stuff to go in there as well. Jay’s a motivated dude so you know his stuff’s gonna be tight when he drops it in an edit…

He recently got a set of the Odyssey Frequency G 1.75″ K-Lyte’s to bust out on… you can tell he’s stoked.

Product Highlight: Frequency G Soft Compound tyres… featuring Twaff!

We recently got in stock the soft compound Odyssey Frequency G tyre designed for slick and fast surfaces. So sure it’s pretty early to feature these, but Brisbane ripper Leigh “Twaffy” Waddingham got so stoked on them we had to put something up!

So we asked him a few Q’s about it…

What type of riding spot do you usually ride on?
I ride mostly at the spot i filmed so smooth concrete , otherwise its netball courts

How do you find the new soft compound tyres compared to the regular Odyssey Frequency G’s?
I found the compound really good , i normally run the standard tyre so you can tell there alot softer and the grip really well .

With some tyres there’s a wearing in period – do you need that with these?
One thing i found strange was i didnt fight these tyres at all the profile felt good , so i didnt feel the wear in was an issue , also the seemed quite fast .
