Odyssey/Flatware rider & flatland legend Chase has been busy filming a few things lately.
Chase, along with Kevin Jones & the other Plywood Hoods pushed the progression of flatland hugely through the 90′s. He also invented easily the most popular flatland tire ever, the Odyssey Frequency G.

Ahhh… Queensland – the Sunshine State. Unfortunately it hasn’t been doing too much of this lately, so with a “gentle” wind & the ever present threat of rain Ronnie Rampton, Lee “Twaffy” Waddingham, Ross Lavender & Shane Badman did a few demos for the Gold Coast City Council Bike Week expo.
It was a pretty low-key affair with families & riders young & old dropping past to watch some flatland stunts go down.
The surface was great, the DJ was spinning all afternoon & a great time was had by all followed by dinner at an awesome Japanese restaurant – cheers Ronnie for the hook-up!
Looks like there could be a lot more demos going down in the not too distant future – stay tuned!
